Six questions vacuum OEM buyers actually ask before ordering — answered straight
These are not invented FAQ questions. They come from real buyer replies in our inbox: a Philippine distributor ordering 1,500 units asked for an invoice the same week; a Polish buyer ran a non-exclusive screening on three models; a German buyer opened with one question - sales office or manufacturer? This page answers each one the way we answered them.

Why this page exists
Most OEM FAQ pages answer questions nobody asked. This one is compiled from actual buyer replies in our mailbox - distributors in Poland, the Philippines, Germany, Qatar and Sri Lanka who answered our outreach between August and October 2026. When a buyer who never asked about price ordered 1,500 units in the same week, the lesson was clear: factory verification, pilot flexibility and invoice speed decide orders before price is even discussed.
The pattern across real replies
Verification before price. The German buyer's first sentence asked whether we are a sales office or the manufacturer. The Philippine buyer ordered 1,500 units after reading factory audit status, certifications and published specifications - price came later, in the invoice.
Screening before volume. The Polish buyer asked for a non-exclusive pilot on three models with stated MOQ per model - and proceeded once 200-piece MOQ and a 20-30 day window were confirmed in writing.
Speed as a signal. Two buyers moved fastest when answers arrived the same day: model codes with specifications, qualification details, invoice drafts. Slow answers killed threads faster than high prices.
