Brand & packaging
Colour boxes to your artwork with dieline support included, neutral packaging as standard if you prefer to label locally, and your own model numbering rather than ours.
CAPABILITY 01
Your brand on the box, your manual in the carton, your plug standard on the charger — and the factory kept neutral, so your catalogue stays yours and your customers stay yours. From 200 units per model, on every line.
WHAT YOU CONTROL
In an OEM programme the factory should be invisible. Every touchpoint your buyer has with the product — the box, the manual, the label, the plug, the model code — is yours. That is not a courtesy; it is the entire commercial point of private label, and we treat it that way.
Colour boxes to your artwork with dieline support included, neutral packaging as standard if you prefer to label locally, and your own model numbering rather than ours.
Shell colours, tube type (straight or folding), display variants and accessory kits mixed per programme. Plug standards EU, US, UK and others set on the production line.
User manuals in your artwork and your language, plus the specification sheet, packing list and compliance documents issued with each order.
No factory reference on the product, the box, the manual or the carton. Supplier-identifying fields on certificates masked before release. Your supply chain is not advertised.
MOQ PHILOSOPHY
A minimum order that forces you to bet a whole container on one SKU is not a lower barrier, it is a bigger one. 200 units per model lets you put four models and three price bands in one 40HQ and learn which one reorders — without paying for a second vessel to find out.
The minimum applies to each model, so a first order can legitimately contain four models. Most first orders do.
Corded, cordless and floor washers in one container against one freight invoice. We return the units-per-container plan for the actual mix.
Sample fees are normally credited against the first bulk order. The exact figure is confirmed in writing with your quotation.
THE PROGRAMME IN FIVE STEPS
What happens, in what order, and what you receive at each step. Nothing here depends on a phone call to clarify the last step.
| Step | What you send | What you get back | Typical timing |
