Incoming material
Motors, battery cells, PCBA, housings and plastics are checked against the specification before they enter assembly. Non-conforming material is rejected at the door.
PRODUCTION & AUDIT
A reliable floor-care programme depends on disciplined execution from specification review to final dispatch. Here is how production coordination, quality checks and third-party verification fit together for each order.
AT A GLANCE
Cliia coordinates product specifications, packaging, quality requirements and export documentation across established manufacturing partners. Production is matched to the product platform and order requirements, with inspection checkpoints defined before mass production.
WHO DOES WHAT
The single most common failure in an OEM order is an unanswered question about who is responsible for what. This is that answer, in advance.
| Function | Cliia programme team | Manufacturing partner |
|---|---|---|
| Specification | We write it. Model selection, suction class, runtime, accessory kit and the claims that go on the box are our decisions against your brief. | Tooling capability and tolerance confirmation. If a specification cannot hold in production, we hear it before the order is placed, not after. |
| Packaging & artwork | We produce the dielines, manage artwork rounds with you, and approve colour and proofing. Cliia team has a design background, so this does not get outsourced to a third party. | Print conversion and carton manufacture to the approved specification. |
| Inspection | We set the inspection plan, take the AQL sample and send you the report. Cliia team inspects repeat orders before the container is stuffed. | Incoming-material checks and in-line assembly inspection. |
| Documents | Ours. Compliance pack assembly, masking policy, invoice and packing list, certificate release and the loading table inside the PI. | Test samples and production records supplied to the laboratory and to us. |
| Production & capacity | We schedule your slot against the production calendar and give you the date in writing. | Lines, operators, tooling and the physical assembly of every unit. |
| Shipping | We book, plan the loading against the agreed table and release documents on FOB Ningbo or Shanghai terms. | Cartons, pallets where required, and container stuffing to the loading diagram. |
QUALITY GATES
A defect caught at gate four has already been paid for. The point of four gates is to move the discovery upstream — and to send you the evidence rather than filing it.
Motors, battery cells, PCBA, housings and plastics are checked against the specification before they enter assembly. Non-conforming material is rejected at the door.
Function checks at sub-assembly: motor spin-up, suction seal, battery contact and gear switching. Units that fail are reworked off the line, not pushed down it.
AQL sampling on the finished batch — appearance, function, packaging and accessories — against the specification sheet. You receive the inspection report.
The container is checked against the loading table in the PI: carton count, print, pallet plan where used, and the diagram confirmed unit for unit.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
If your programme requires a third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your own QA team), tell us at brief stage and we schedule the line visit against it.
PACKING & DISPATCH
Representative packing and dispatch records show the practical details buyers need to confirm. Carton print, unit counts and loading plans are reviewed for each order and confirmed in the commercial documents.

AUDIT & TRUST
Relevant production partners maintain third-party audit documentation covering facility and process controls. Audit references and applicable records can be reviewed with qualified buyers as part of project due diligence.
TÜV Rheinland supplier audit on record
Independently verified facility and process audit by a globally recognised body. Reference released within your document pack.
Project records available
Relevant audit, inspection and dispatch records are organised by programme and shared at the appropriate due-diligence stage.
Documented QC gates 01–04
A four-gate inspection process with reports issued to you: incoming material, in-line assembly, AQL pre-shipment and loading inspection.
Factory audit records, product compliance files and inspection arrangements are handled according to the product, destination market and project stage. Tell us what your procurement team needs, and we will prepare the relevant verification route.
WANT TO REVIEW PRODUCTION?
Depending on the order stage, we can coordinate a live production review or third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your appointed QA team. The review is scheduled against your own production and inspection plan.
