So this page publishes the four fields that actually matter for each document — the issuing body, the standard cited, the scope, and the markets it opens — plus the exact policy we use when we release scanned copies to a buyer. Everything here can be checked independently.

Each one is released with your quotation pack when it applies to your destination market — we do not send a generic bundle, because a document that does not apply to your market is noise, and noise is how buyers get misled about what they can legally ship.

Read this table before you compare prices between lines. The corded series carries the deepest file — which is precisely why it is the fastest line to clear in the EU, the Gulf and Latin America — while the lithium models add the two transport documents that make air and sea freight straightforward.

ETL applies to the wired series for the United States and Canada. UN 38.3 and SDS apply to lithium-battery models. CB reports convert to national approvals under the CB Scheme mutual-recognition arrangement; conversion scope depends on the destination authority.
RELEASING POLICY
Public previews protect commercially sensitive supplier information. Qualified buyers can review the relevant certificate scope, model coverage and verification route during project due diligence.
Applicant and manufacturing-party details are shared when relevant to the order and permitted by the document owner. Programme-specific filing requirements are confirmed before production.
Every document is released with the issuing laboratory and the report number. All major bodies — TÜV, Intertek, SGS, Bureau Veritas — maintain a public verification channel. Check the number yourself before you pay a deposit.
We will not alter a standard, a test scope, a report number or an issue date. We will not present a document for a different appliance as if it covered yours. We will not claim a mark we do not hold — which is why UKCA appears below as pending rather than as a logo.
VERIFY IT IN FOUR STEPS
This is the same checklist we publish to buyers as a guide, applied in order. It takes well under an hour and it is the only step that proves anything.
Laboratory, standard, report number and scope. For a stick vacuum the standard should cite EN/IEC 60335-1 and 60335-2-2, or UL 1017 for North America.
The scope must name the appliance class and model. “Similar model” or a scope describing a different appliance is the most common defect you will find.
Use the report number with the issuing body, not with the supplier. An unverifiable number is not a report, regardless of how official the PDF looks.
CE does not clear the US. GS is German, recognised across the EU. CB converts rather than clears. Build the two-column list and tick each model.
HONEST GAPS
Two documents we do not hold today, published here rather than discovered by you later. If either is decisive for your market, say so at enquiry stage and we will confirm the timeline in writing instead of selling around the gap.
UK Conformity Assessed
Not yet on file. We do not promote UK retail until the file exists — tell us if the UK is a priority market and we will confirm the timeline in writing.
United States — unintentional radiators
Applies if a model carries Bluetooth or a wireless charging base. Confirm the configuration and we will state whether the file is required for your models.
