THE FOUR GATES
A defect caught late
has already been paid for.
The purpose of four inspection gates is not paperwork. It is moving discovery upstream, to the point where a defect costs a rework instead of a customer. Every gate produces a record, and the records come to you.
In-line assembly
Function checks at sub-assembly: motor spin-up, suction seal, battery contact, gear switching. Failures are reworked off the line, not pushed along it.
AQL pre-shipment
AQL sampling on the finished batch — appearance, function, packaging and accessory completeness — against the confirmed specification sheet.
Loading inspection
The container is verified against the loading table in the PI: carton count, print, pallet plan if used, and the diagram confirmed unit for unit.

If we do not know
We say so in the reply. An unanswered parameter is marked “with the spec sheet” on the website and confirmed before production — never filled with a plausible number.

You hear it before the order, not after. A specification that cannot hold in production is raised at quotation stage, when you can still choose a different platform.
