OEM production starts at 200 units per model, on every line — stick vacuums and floor washers alike. You do not have to put a whole model on one container: most first orders mix two or three models so the container tests more than one price band. Send the list and we return the exact units-per-container plan.

For the wired 500 W series: CE (LVD + EMC), GS, EMC, EMF, RoHS and a CB test report, plus the ETL listing file for the wired series in the US and Canada. For every lithium model: a UN 38.3 transport test summary and an SDS pack, on top of CE / EMC / RoHS on the appliance side. Ask for the compliance pack with your quotation and state the destination market — we confirm in writing which file applies to your models before production starts.

You receive the issuing laboratory, the standard, the test scope and the report number, so you can verify each document directly with the laboratory. Supplier-identifying fields on the scanned copies are masked, and where the issuing body permits it the applicant field is re-headed to your programme or to the appropriate programme entity. Full unmasked copies are released under a mutual NDA or to your third-party inspection agency.

Yes. Sample cost and lead time depend on the model, the configuration and the destination, and the sample fee is normally credited against your first bulk order. Ask for the sample policy with your quotation — we confirm the exact figure in writing rather than quoting a placeholder.

Standard terms are T/T with the balance against shipping documents. For established programmes we can discuss L/C at sight and D/P arrangements. Terms are written into the proforma invoice — never agreed verbally.

Roughly 15 working days outside peak season and about four weeks in the September–December peak, counted from the moment specification and artwork are confirmed — not from the first message. The exact date goes into the PI. We do not give verbal estimates that the production calendar cannot hold.

FOB Ningbo and FOB Shanghai as standard, with EXW and CIF quotable on request. Every quotation states the Incoterm explicitly and is valid for 30 days.

Mixed-model containers are the norm for us, not an exception. Send the model list and quantities and you get back the units-per-container plan, net and gross weights, carton mix and a loading diagram. Folding-tube models load 2,412 units per 40HQ against 1,904 for straight-tube builds, so the mix changes the maths materially.

Your brand, your artwork, your manual language and your model numbering — from 200 units per model. We assist with packaging dielines, and neutral colour-box packaging is available if you prefer to label locally. Plug standards (EU / US / UK and others) are set on the production line, so one order can serve several markets without a repacking operation.

For a standard request you get a reply inside 24 working hours containing: the specification sheet for the models you named or our shortlist if you named none, the carton and loading plan, the compliance route for your market, MOQ and lead time, and a quotation valid 30 days. If anything you asked for needs factory confirmation, we say so explicitly rather than filling the gap with an assumption.

We are deliberately specific rather than boastful: we will tell you which markets a model is cleared for on the strength of its documents, and which ones we would not recommend yet. If you need trade references before a first order, ask — we discuss what can be shared on a case-by-case basis rather than publishing other buyers’ names.

Because your price depends on the configuration (power, colourway, tube type, accessory kit, plug standard), the quantity band, the destination and the packing level. A published number would be wrong for almost every buyer reading it. Send four data points and you get a real figure inside 24 hours.
